I love the ‘Mentals! Congrats to E-majyn on the weddedness! Also… Be on the lookout for up-coming soul(dot) and InkRe: tracks. (If I have my way, anyways!)

The production is sick, lyrics are on-point, and stage presence could move mountains! Not to mention, they’ll give you a hug to say “hi,” and might even invite you over for tea! If you need to learn the language of life, it is LOVE, and InkRe:Mentals are more than scholars!

We’re encouraged to not store up but to use our worldly possessions to gain friends and put our trust in the city to come. Our life does not consist of the abundance of our possessions, like Jesus said. Lord help us be that good soil that your words have landed on. Let this world know us by our love and generosity.

A thought on flexibility: I want to be firm (not flexible) in my faith in Jesus Christ but in my defining thoughts about Him, I can see where being flexible could make room for more truth to enter my life.

i thought thinks like thus= man. i wish i had more recess is, i mean, resources. i wish there was a quick fix. i wish i could pick ppl up before they fall down. i wish i could pick ppl up after they fall down …or lay down witem… i think, momentum is big, but hope is bigger and nothin starts nowhere without a step.

mlk’s dream, haiti rebuild, strength to love, and all that- those are Decisions. was it rousseau? someone said something to the effect of= the abolishment of slavery is my not having slaves. i dont mean to say that its an overnight kind of thing… just more permanent that way. word fucking up jesse and justin.

Many years ago my pastor hinted that just like Abraham, we as Jesus followers should be “looking for a city whose builder and maker is God.” Flexibility suggests that we hold all things lightly, especially material things, and as believers this is especially pertinent. The result? generosity, peace, activism and love.

I don’t know if it is totally fair to be fan and friend. In fact, better, do I feel more fan or friend. i am Fan! so fan. blessed to be friend! you both know how I am. thank god for you both!
